Literally that is the total action of this video. Enjoy the simplicity.

The Girl in Cream

With the what seems to be omnipresence of the Sartorialist-Scott Schuman- outside of the runways here and abroad, there is bound to be repetition within his photographs of the editors and celebs who go to multiple shows.
Consistently dressed in head-to-toe cream, here is one I noticed (L to R):
Pic 1: In NY outside of Ralph Lauren
Pic 2: In NY at Calvin Klein --I was there too, btw :)
Pic 3: In Milan at Prada
I don't recognize her-- (gasp. should I be ashamed of myself?) Anyone know who this is?

A Brilliant Heist
These people are Vultures

This two man electronic band is largely influenced by the Beatles (but who isnt). Needless to say they are great. And their music is free to download on their website. I personally like The Joke.

The Art of Rodarte

Yesterday's Rodarte collection began with simple nude ensembles and as the looks kept down the runway gradually more color was introduced.
Next: intertwined orange and white/ black and blue combinations--by the end, an Aurora Borealis-type whirl of an evening gown (see right for look, left for the beautiful AB). I love the way the strokes of orange, purple, and blue ad shape to the dress and tell your eye where to look.

The Jazz Age and a Great Woody Allen Film
I just stumbled upon one of T Magazine's video interviews of Penelope Cruz, part of her publicity for Vicky Christina Barcelona. Reminded me of one of my favorite Woody Allen movies, Zelig, a hilarious mockumentary starring Woody and also Mia Farrow. Trailer below...
"I'm not sure I'm autistic anymore... I think I'm just a thief"

My favorite college professor introduced me to the 'Modern Love' column in NYT. I have been reading it ever since-- this week a mother teaches her son to grow up by sending him to jail.
