I recently read about
Gwyneth Paltrow's website
GOOP in this
nymag blurb about the rise in depression-era health regimens.
Before I checked it out, I was skeptical because I like eating and generally don't like people who don't.
But
GOOP is more about the woman's
likes and
loves than her deprivations. So, Ill be regularly checking back for sure.

I started subscribing to GOOP from the beginning and some of her advice, if you want to call it that, is good. I love the exercises that her trainer takes you through, but her site is not up yet, so that's been sad. However there have been a few claims that as a physician made me stop and wonder who is advising her and where do they get their information. I am not a person that believes in dispensing my opinions about life altering subjects. It can be a very dangerous thing to do. I think she has to rethink the health advice section and keep it lighter. Is this too long?
I wanted to stop by and say thank you for stopping by my blog. I was very pleased. Unfortunately after the Marimekko post I was out of commission for several weeks a bit unwell. I just started to get back this week. Hope to see you around
Charlie
